Persistent Back Pain Cancer

What are the actual systems of ovarian and cervical cancer?

I seem to have all of the symptoms that I have researched: fullness in stomach, pain in pelvic during intercourse, persistent gas and back pain. I’m a slim woman yet I look as if I’m 4 months pregnant. Could it be gynecological cancer?

Unfortunately, it could be a gynecological cancer, such as ovarian cancer, but there are other things it could be as well because these are vague symptoms.

You really need to get to your gynecologist as soon as possible for an exam, possibly a transvaginal ultrasound and blood tests. As the others say, it’s really not something you want to wait around and find out what people say here, because we can’t possibly make a diagnosis for you. And if it is any type of cancer you want to get a diagnosis as early as possible.

I know it’s scary to find out but you may also find out there is a benign process going on, and that would be a relief.
